Company Charges

Our charges are uncomplicated and 100 per cent transparent. In addition all customers are
made aware of our rates at the time they book their job with our 24-hour free phone line.

Hourly Rate: There is a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs after which jobs are charged in
half hourly increments.

No Extras: Customers will not be charged for the time engineers spend travelling to jobs, or the
time it takes for the engineer to go out and buy any required parts.

Works carried out within the congestion charge zone will incur a £10 fee.

Cost of materials and parking charges will also be added alongside the hourly rate.

* - Only for combination boiler systems and for other central heating systems we will arrange a
site visit for a quote on a power flush.

** - There is a minimum charge of £125 for up to 25 appliances after which the above prices
will be added for every additional appliance. We replace damaged or non-british standard
plugs and fuses at no extra cost (we have also included an example of our PAT Testing
certificate with this pack).
